I didn't think a personal trainer would be for me, but I am so happy I chose Fusion Health & Fitness to test the waters. The trainers are knowledgeable and don't pressure you, but they will definitely push you to work out in the best way possible, and they truly care about helping you reach your goals. They also have a variety of small group training classes. The instructors are friendly, motivating, and definitely know how to maximize an hour. The prices for the training packages and small group training sessions can’t be beat. The gym has quality machines, plenty of free weights, and cardio equipment as well. Both the gym and locker room are very clean and the equipment is well maintained. Overall this gym has a refreshing and positive environment and I genuinely look forward to going here each time. I will continue to train here for sure!
